I’m Rezeda — a mother of two, founder of a thriving insurance business, and a sound practitioner who walks the bridge between the practical and the mystical.
For years, I lived in constant motion building my business, raising my kids, and carrying the invisible weight of expectations. I was successful on paper but inside I was running on empty.
I refused to believe that I had to choose: to be either a present mom or a woman with ambition, a spiritual seeker or someone grounded in real life.
That's when I discovered sound healing. The first time I felt the vibration of a singing bowl, something inside me softened. It was as if my nervous system finally exhaled. That moment changed everything. It reminded me that peace isn’t found by doing more but by slowing down and listening within.
And now, I guide women like me to do the same, to come back to their breath, their body, their joy… and their inner sound.
Your inner sound is that quiet knowing beneath all the noise, the place where your truth, peace, and power live. My work is about helping you hear it again.
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in creating spaces where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself, to remember who you already are. To me, “healing” is remembering because you’re not broken. You’re already whole.
