Nature of the Practice

Sound baths and sound healing sessions are wellness and relaxation experiences intended to support rest, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation.

They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

No diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice is provided.

Personal Responsibility & Health Awareness

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the session.

I confirm that:

  • I am participating voluntarily
  • I will listen to my body and honor my limits
  • I may stop or leave the session at any time
  • I will inform the facilitator if I experience discomfort

Sound practices may not be recommended for certain conditions, including but not limited to:

  • pregnancy
  • epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • severe sound sensitivity
  • serious mental health conditions
  • recent surgeries or medical procedures

If I have concerns about participation, I confirm that I have consulted (or will consult) a qualified healthcare provider.

Emotional & Physical Responses

I understand that sound experiences may evoke physical sensations, emotional release, or shifts in awareness, and that each person’s experience is unique.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in sound bath and sound healing sessions involves exposure to sound vibrations, tones, and frequencies that may cause physical sensations, emotional responses, or shifts in awareness. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation.


Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless My Inner Sound, its owner, facilitators, and representatives from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By completing my booking, I confirm that:

  • I agree to all terms above
  • I am at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent)
